Top 5 Crime Games on Android in South America: Q3 2022

Throughout the third quarter of 2022, several crime-themed games on the Android platform showed notable performance in South America. Data from Sensor Tower reveals insights into the weekly downloads, revenue, and active user trends for the top five crime games in the region.

June's Journey: Hidden Objects from Wooga experienced an upward trend in weekly revenue, peaking at roughly $30.5K by the end of September. Weekly downloads for the game saw a gradual decline from around 12.2K at the beginning of the quarter to approximately 7.5K by the end. Weekly active users also showed a downward trend, starting at 281.6K and ending at about 243.9K.

Mafia City from Phantix Games had a fluctuating performance. The weekly revenue reached a peak of nearly $29.1K in early August, while downloads decreased from 60.7K to around 44.8K over the quarter. Active users declined from 230.5K to approximately 191.6K.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas by Rockstar Games saw relatively stable weekly revenue, hovering around $12K to $14.5K throughout the quarter. Downloads varied, peaking at about 7.5K in mid-July before declining to roughly 3.3K by the end of September. Active users showed an increase towards the end of the quarter, rising from 24.5K to approximately 28.2K.

The Grand Mafia, also from Phantix Games, demonstrated a consistent performance in weekly revenue, peaking at about $13.5K in early August. Downloads saw a gradual decline from 81.4K to approximately 56.4K. Active users increased towards the end of the quarter, from around 130.7K to 150.4K.

Manor Matters from Playrix showed a stable weekly revenue trend, peaking at about $8.7K in mid-September. Downloads fluctuated but ended the quarter at around 5.4K. Active users saw a decline from 241K to approximately 185.8K over the quarter.
